Softheon prides itself on our comprehensive onboarding program designed to provide every new Softheonite with the knowledge and resources to have a successful start.
Our Softheon University training program guides and grows every Softheonite from the conclusion of new hire onboarding through their fourth anniversary. The University curriculum is designed to provide all employees with core Softheon competencies while promoting crucial hands-on learning experiences.
It doesn’t end there! Our Softheon University Electives are interactive, workshop-style trainings on a variety of soft and technical skills that are open to all Softheonites throughout the year.
