New Hire Onboarding

Softheon prides itself on our comprehensive onboarding program designed to provide every new Softheonite with the knowledge and resources to have a successful start.

Softheon University

Our Softheon University training program guides and grows every Softheonite from the conclusion of new hire onboarding through their fourth anniversary. The University curriculum is designed to provide all employees with core Softheon competencies while promoting crucial hands-on learning experiences. 

It doesn’t end there! Our Softheon University Electives are interactive, workshop-style trainings on a variety of soft and technical skills that are open to all Softheonites throughout the year.

New Manager Training 

Softheon’s New Manager training program sets first-time managers up for success by providing them with the training and skills needed to make a smooth and successful transition into their new roles.
